Let me remind you this is a one woman show running this small business 🙃 so please bear with me while I am shipping your items.

 

Let me assure you I'll do my very best so you can receive them as soon as possible! And I will also keep you posted along each step of the way. Every purchase will have a tracking number as well. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me!

For the moment, I will only be shipping within the United States, with USPS or UPS depending on the weight of the parcel. For international shipping, contact me so we can try to find a not so expensive delivery solution!

Care

Each piece is handmade and perfectly imperfect. This means, sizes may vary a bit and shapes tmight be a bit wonky sometimes, but for me, that is the beauty of handmade.

I use high fire clays, which means the product is robust and can go in the dishwasher. Having said that, it can last you forever if you hand wash it. It's a bit like handwashing a much loved shirt, you know it can go in the machine, but if you hand wash it you make sure you'll always keep it safer 

 

Returns

In terms of returning, I don't do returns in general. I am happy to replace the item if it breaks of course (bearing in mind it might not be exactly exactly the same, cause, it's handmade, as you know by now). I try my best to describe the item as accurate as possible so there are no surprises. Again, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
